If you were expecting a massive drop in home prices, you might be surprised to hear that buyer demand is at its highest level in 10 months. (Source: Redfin)

Despite uncertain economic conditions, the U.S. housing market is proving itself resilient.

In fact, according to the latest forecast model from CoreLogic, home prices are expected to rise by 3.7% from February 2023 to February 2024.

The days of 15% appreciation in a single year are a distant memory.
